Apple iOS 17 software is around the corner and the upgrade will bring exciting features on board. But it looks like the company is planning to skip some good parts from this release. As per the details, a few iOS 17 features won’t be available at the launch stage.
The official Apple website shows three features that won’t be part of the iOS 17 upgrade. Perhaps, the company might save these offerings for the next version which could be iOS 17.1. While things are uncertain for the moment, let’s see which capabilities will not make this way to iPhone users in September.
1. Journal App
The all-new Journal App will step back in this event. Eventually, the feature is quite useful to reflect the tasks and memories of a day with text, photos, music, audio recordings, and more. It further provides personalized suggestions as per recent on-device activity.
2. Collaborative Apple Music Playlists
This tweak enables multiple people to add, reorder, and remove songs in a shared playlist. It is quite effective when you want to enjoy songs in a group or with your friends.
3. AirDrop Transfer over Internet
The content you share over AirDrop will continue to send securely and in full quality over the internet if you leave the AirDrop range and both you and your recipient are signed in to iCloud.
