ASUS ROG Phone 6 Pro durability test – JerryRigEverything

Posted on

Last year, the ASUS ROG Phone 5 was tragically broken during a bending test conducted by the YouTube channel JerryRigEverything. Now the channel has tested its successor, the ROG Phone 6 Pro, and the results are still unsatisfactory.

ASUS ROG Phone 6 Pro was launched as early as July this year, but JerryRigEverything only recently got this phone, and it has been violently tested. Some of the previous tests are normal.

The Gorilla Glass Victus on the front of the device will scratch under the scratch of a hard object with a Mohs scale of 6. In addition, the sides of the device are made of aluminum and, interestingly, the keys are removable.

The AMOLED screen can last about 30 seconds under the flame of a lighter, after which the burned area turns black and cannot be recovered. However, the device’s bending test results were still miserable, and it was easily bent like its predecessor, but the screen did not crack (maybe Gorilla Glass is at work).
