Friends who have Apple AirPods wireless headsets should know that AirPods are easy to hide dirt, and it is not easy to clean AirPods. Cardlax has introduced a solution. Cardlax has made a small ‘washing AirPods machine’ called EarBuds Washer that can clean up the dirt on the earphones in a few minutes.
Open the lid of the ‘washing AirPods machine’, you will first see a small rotating brush, utilized to clean up the larger dirt blocks on the earphones, as well as clear out the deeper gaps and hard-to-reach areas.
After the pre-washing is completed, the earphones will be thrown into a place that looks like a cleaning bucket. There is a rotating core inside. This core is made of a lightweight foam-like makeup sponge, and 70% of it will be added at the same time.
When the core rotates, the earphone rubs against it and the drum wall to remove finer waxy particles. The internal parts of the device itself can be taken out and rinsed in water. The developer promises that the cleaning process is gentle and will not cause damage to the earplugs.
“After Cardlax finishes cleaning your headphones, you will be amazed at how clean and tidy they have become,” the developer promised. “They will look like the first time you bought them!”
This “washing AirPods machine” is suitable for AirPods and AirPods Pro, and the Cardlax team promises that they are also compatible with 99% of other wireless headphones.
Cardlax “washing AirPods machine” is crowdfunding on Kickstarter, has raised 380% of the funds, the price is 33 US dollars, but will soon rise to 39 US dollars, the product is scheduled to be shipped in June 2021.
