EU will reportedly invite TSMC, Samsung and others by offering huge subsidies to build chip industry chain

Following the US government’s invitation to talks with semiconductor industry manufacturers, the EU also plans to provide huge subsidies to invite Intel, TSMC, and Samsung to set up factories to build its own semiconductor industry chain. In this regard, TSMC has a low-key attitude and did not respond.

It is reported that the European Union will invite TSMC, Samsung, and others to open factories with huge subsidies to build a semiconductor chip industry chain. German media reports pointed out that the automotive industry is suffering from chip shortages, highlighting the need to strengthen the semiconductor industry chain in Europe.
