According to the latest information, Samsung has started rolling out a new One UI 3.0 build for the Galaxy S20 series. The latest update is rolling out in several European countries including Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Poland, Romania, and France.

Samsung has started rolling out the stable Android 11-based One UI 3.0 update to the Galaxy S20 series smartphones in the US. This is currently available for the locked Verizon carrier users. It comes with Android 11 and brings the November 2020 security patch. READ MORE HERE.

You may have been curious about it, but the S20 series model is scheduled for December 3rd, but the OS upgrade plan model and timing are notified through a notice in the Samsung Members app, so please refer to the confirmation.
The OS update schedule and target model may change during the future development process, and if there are significant improvements even after the official update, the update may be temporarily suspended. We ask for your understanding.
[UPDATE 2: NOVEMBER 25, 2020]
Samsung confirms again the stable One UI 3.0 for the Galaxy S20 is coming in early December. According to the post in Samsung Community Korea, Samsung will release the stable Android 11-based One UI 3.0 update for the Galaxy S20 series next month.
In addition, we will get more information in the first week of December 2020.

So far, Samsung has released 7 Android 11-based One UI 3.0 Beta builds for the Galaxy S20 series. The latest beta has only a few bug fixes. In addition, the latest beta build in the US stopped users from rollback to the previous version.
Samsung promised the stable Android 11 update for the Galaxy S20 series after November 2020. We are almost there to the given timeline. Samsung is likely to start the rollout anytime. Stay Tuned.

The Galaxy S20 series will also be the first Galaxy device to receive the Android 11 upgrade later this year, with other devices to follow shortly thereafter.
