Google bringing Full-Coverage feature to its Search engine

Google was the very first to launch its search engine-related services which were inspired by machine learning, and as a result, we got Google Search. It is one of the most used search engines on the World Wide Web and has 92.16% of the market share as of December 2020.

After 2018 once again the “Full Coverage” feature is in the news which brings a wider range of changes in a single feed. This will allow readers to understand big rounded topics. Now, this feature will be available in form of a label underneath the search dialog box.

Google has introduced the ‘Full Coverage’ feature in 2018 that allows users to get a wide range of information in a single feed. The aim was to provide readers with a glimpse of the information within at the same place. The same feature is now coming to the Google Search.

As we know the search result is based on the priority ranking system called the PageRank. The main purpose is to search for text publicly, such as images and data contained in the database. The bot analyzes the frequency of a searched term and correlates it with searched text.

Google said in a Blogpost “When you’re searching for information on a timely topic, you see a carousel of articles at the top of your Search results highlighting relevant news.” which means that when you search for text in a timely manner, you get some of the top results relevant to your subject, you have entered in the search box.

The company while saying more on this new feature, told in its online post that the new technology is capable of detecting the new updates on long-running stories, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. By this, the reader will remain updated with new information and stories.
