Google Pay in India receiving brand new design powered by Flutter

Google Pay makes UPI transfer or does mobile recharges, bills, and payments to businesses. This is a simple and secure payment app by Google. To make it more realistic, Google is now bringing new design changes to Google Pay in India, powered by Flutter.

Flutter is an open-source UI software development kit created by Google. It is used to develop applications for Android, iOS, Linux, Mac, Windows, and the web from a single codebase.

By writing the app in Dart, using Flutter, and deploying it on both Android and iOS, Google says that they can deliver the best-in-class experience on both platforms alike, allowing them to maintain them similarly.

The app doesn’t seem that much different on the surface. However, is the massive rewrite that the app underwent, it was rebuilt with Flutter from the ground up. You might also spot that Google Pay in India also works as a messaging app, allowing users to send messages to each other, but this is not new.

Overall Google is also planning for rebuilt Flutter the standard Google Pay app as well.
