Huawei HarmonyOS 2 public beta begins for Huawei P30, Mate 20 and more [Third phase]

The third phase of public beta testing for Huawei phones begins and the old flagships including the P30 and Mate 20 are up for this beta. Alongside, the Nova 7 SE, MatePad 5G, and several other Huawei devices are also receiving the HarmonyOS 2.0 public beta.

It was known that the company will start the third phase of rollout in July, but with an early arrival, Huawei fans got something more to appreciate. This is just for China with the international rollouts beginning soon.

The global users need not worry about the new HarmonyOS rollouts as the company will soon begin, and this we know from the speed of the updates releasing in China. And it seems that Huawei wants to expand the new HM OS to more devices as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, the first stable version of HarmonyOS 2.0 has made its mark on several top-end Huawei devices including the Mate 40, P40, Mate 30, Mate X2, and MatePad Pro. Also, the Honor devices have also started migrating from Magic UI to the brand new HM OS with the first batch of beta updates rolling out.

HarmonyOS 2.0 features include some extraordinary capabilities along with the innovative feature called the Super Device. This one lets the users to control a bunch of devices using a single supermodel. Further, it comes with a brand new UI, better security, smart share, and much more.
