Huawei’s upcoming monitor features 23.8-inch display, narrow bezels and more

Huawei’s President Wang Yinfeng already confirmed that Huawei will launch its own brand display products at Huawei Full Connect Conference 2020. Some information and images of the upcoming Huawei monitor are leaked, take the first look in this article.

According to leak information, the Huawei AD80HW Monitor features a 23.8-inch full HD IP display with three-sided narrow bezels, a bottom bezel with the Huawei logo, and spray paint on the back. Also, it comes 72% NTSC color gamut, 16.7 million colors, and German Rheinland certification to filter blue light.

Also, Huawei will outsource the production of standard display products (non-curved) to the ODM (original design manufacturer) subsidiary of BOE Technology Group. The company also planning to subcontract the manufacturing tasks of curved screen monitors for the gaming market to TPV Technology.

Initially, Huawei placed an order of 1 million units for manufacturing, which includes a 27-inch and 34-inch mainstream display. Still, more information is yet to reveal by the company regarding the launch date, and more.
