WhatsApp has released a new beta update with version 126.96.36.199, which brings new features including Always Mute, No Calls for Verified Businesses, Media Guidelines, New Storage Usage. To view more details about these features check the full changelog link below.
WhatsApp Messenger allows users to send a text message and voice messages, make voice and video calls, and share images, document users’ locations, and other media.
- WhatsApp is enabling for several users a feature called Always Mute, a new option that replaces “1 year” when muting chat.
- WhatsApp is currently hiding Voice and Vido Call buttons in chats with Verified Business accounts. They are disappeared from Contact Info too.
- Those buttons are still available if you tap the profile icon in the chat and contact list.
- Media Guidelines, that easily allow aligning stickers and text when you edit images, video, and GIFs, and more.
Note: If you didn’t receive a feature mentioned in this article, and you’re on the same version, don’t worry: it’s a common behavior, some users are luckier and they receive some features before anyone else, but your turn will come soon.
