As reported on Huawei Central, the display optimizations will improve the visual effects for the on-screen content of Band 6. Users can match the firmware version with 11.1.0.50 that has an installation size of 5.01MB.
Furthermore, the rollout process is in its early stages, so it might take some reaching in your respective regions. The Chinese firm plans to gradually expand the new update release, so you can wait for a while.
How to Update:
First of all, users need to connect the Huawei Band 6 and the smartphones and then open the Huawei Health App. Thereafter, click on the Device tap and check the new firmware version. If you spot the latest version, follow the on-screen instructions to download it.
However, the Huawei Helth App needs to be upgraded to the latest version. In addition, the Bluetooth connection between the wearable and smartphone must be uninterrupted during the complete download process.
