New share menu for Google Photos rolling out

Google Photos gives users free, unlimited storage for photos up to 16 megapixels and videos up to 1080p resolution. The service automatically analyzes photos, identifying various visual features and subjects.

Google has been rolling out a brand new share menu to pictures over the last few weeks and it seems that most of the people have received this. This change is new for those who share media through photos.

This updated share menu removed the long list and it replaces with two apps, first is the “Create link” and the second is the “More” button. When clicked, it opens up the native Android share menu.

In the previously share menu was only one row that you’d have to continually scroll through to find the app you wanted to share to. Overall now it just needs to spread to some more Google apps.
