Official: Upcoming POCO F2 will not be powered by Snapdragon 732G processor

In late December 2020, POCO officially teased POCO F2, hinted at the arrival in India. The leak also revealed that it could come with a 4,250mAh battery.

Now, as per the latest information, POCO F2 would not be a flagship phone, but rather a mid-to-high-end phone powered by the Snapdragon 732G.

Recently, well-known tipster and YouTuber Mukul Sharma, and Director of POCO India Anuj Sharma held an AMA meeting to share some specific information. During the meeting, Anju stated that the Snapdragon 732G will not drive the POCO F2.

Earlier, the leaked information revealed that the POCO F2 will come with an AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, Quad primary camera, packed with a 4,250mAh battery,  powered by Snapdragon 732G.

Last year, the company sold more than 1,000,000 POCO phones and gained the fourth position in the list of online smartphone brands in India.

Now, the company aims to achieve greater success in 2021. Apart from mobile phones, the company will also launch other products such as TWS and laptops in 2021.
