POCO F3 GT will go official in India on July 23

For a long time, we’ve been hearing rumors, leaks, and more information about the upcoming POCO gaming smartphone. As per the reports, the device could be the rebranded version of the Redmi K40 Enhanced Gaming Edition smartphone that was launched in China back in April.

POCO India has officially confirmed the arrival of the company’s top-end F series smartphone, POCO F3 GT in India on July 23, 2021, by its official Twitter handle. The tweet also contains the Promo poster, which shows the front design of the device.

According to the official warm-up, the POCO F3 GT will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC, and the image shows magnetic dual-triggers. It will have Maglev Triggers, allowing you to play games using four fingers, instead of only two.

POCO also confirmed that the phone will be equipped with a 10-bit AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and support for HDR 10+, DC dimming.

Recently, the company shared a teaser that shows off Dolby Atmos audio support. The company has confirmed that it will use a glass body with slipstream design and anti-fingerprint matte finish, and an aviation-grade aluminum alloy frame with three bevels, square bevels on the side, and concave bevels on the top.

The price of the Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition starts with 1999 yuan in China. Previously, a Poco executive revealed that the Poco F3 GT will cost around Rs 30,000 (roughly about 402 USD) in India.
