Samsung starts releasing a new firmware update for Galaxy Fit 2 in South Korea. The changelog of this update shows that it adds some new watch faces and makes improvements in the notification functionality. As per the user-shared screenshots, this update offers a total of 7 new watch faces in two different styles.
Additionally, the latest Galaxy Fit 2 firmware update improves system performance to improve the overall user experience. You can also see the newly added watch faces along with the changelog below.
The update weighs in at just 3MB and is currently available on the Samsung home ground in South Korea. The company expected to bring this new update with the latest features to Galaxy Fit 2 customers outside South Korea soon.
How to check for an update
- Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your mobile
- Tap Home
- Go to the Update band software option
- Then, tap on Download and install.

This smart band is an updated version of the original Galaxy Fit band that comes with a larger display and more battery life.
