Samsung One UI 3.1 update rolling out for Galaxy A51 alongside April 2021 security patch

Samsung Galaxy A51 is a midrange phone from the South Korean tech giant that recently been upgraded to the latest Android 11 with One UI 3.0. These smartphone users are now receiving their second major update of the year.

According to the latest news, the Galaxy A51 users are now grabbing the latest One UI 3.1 update which comes around a month after the One UI 3.0. While a bunch of other Galaxy devices has already started to enjoy the latest One UI 3.1 version.

Identified with the software version A515FXXU4EUC8 the latest update also installs April 2021 security update for improved system security and device stability. The company has also released these latest security improvements for some of its top-end models including Galaxy S21, the Galaxy Note 10, and Galaxy Z Fold 2.

The latest One UI 3.1 comes with a bunch of new and exciting features which are upgrades over the original One UI 3.0. This latest One UI version came pre-installed with the latest Galaxy S21 flagship series and the Galaxy Tab S7 lineup was the first to get these new changes over the air.

Samsung One UI 3.1 allows users to remove the location of images before sharing and brings several new features including private share, object eraser, Eye Comfort Shield, video call effects, and more. [READ MORE HERE]

The firmware is currently limited to Russia and will soon expand to other regions as well. Meanwhile, the users can also try and check for the update through Settings > Software updates > then click on Download and install.
