Samsung will hold its second unpacked event of the year on March 17

As earlier spotted, Samsung has finally announced its second Unpacked event of the year named ‘Galaxy Awesome Unpacked’ event. The first unpacked event held on January 14 brought us the next generation S-series flagships called the Galaxy S21. The most likely things that the company will bring are the Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A72.

Just like the first one, this unpacked event will also take place online on Samsung’s official YouTube and Samsung Newsroom. The event is set to happen at 10:00 AM ET or 8:30 PM IST. While we know that the event might bring two new Galaxy A series phones and we still wait for something more awesome.

Regarding the Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A72, there is not much left to know about these phones regarding the specifications, and the only thing that is unknown is the price and availability which we’ll get to know in the event or maybe before that in some random leak.

It seems that Samsung is now following Apple as the US tech giant has planned a new event for unveiling each product. Taking the advantage of the pandemic which lead to online event holding is now benefiting South Korean and we expect more such events in the coming time along with some awesome announcements.

Samsung Galaxy A72 Specifications

There are also a bunch of details available for the Galaxy A72 which says that the device will equip a 6.7-inch AMOLED display along with 2400 x 1080 pixel resolutions and a 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone also runs on the latest Android 11 based One UI 3.x.

In terms of camera, the Galaxy A72 equips a Galaxy S20 like quad-camera setup which includes a 64MP primary camera, 12MP ultra-wide sensor, 8MP telephoto lens, 2MP camera for macro shots, plus a 32MP front-facing camera for incredible quality selfies. Read more

Samsung Galaxy A52 Specifications

As per the previous leaks, the Galaxy A52 sports a 6.5-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It will come with a quad rear camera setup including a 64MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, a 5MP depth sensor, and a 5MP macro camera. On the front, it has a 32MP camera for selfies. Samsung will make some new changes this time and will offer some of the high-end features to these devices which were till now limited to the flagships. The upcoming A-series devices are said to come with a high refresh rate display, stereo speakers, iP67 ratings for water resistance, and up to 30X space zoom.
