Starting this month, WhatsApp has started suggesting its users agree with the revised terms of services via an in-app notice. Following its decision, numerous WhatsApp users have started finding an alternate messaging app because of the confusion with WhatsApp’s modified policies.
According to official information, WhatsApp has decided to revise the date on which people have to review and accept the Terms of Service. The Facebook-owned company learned that there’s too much confusion around the terms and decided to give more time for its recent update.

The popular messaging app has postponed the update plan for its new terms of services which can help users to review the policy until May 15, 2021. Furthermore, WhatsApp also clarified that they never planned to delete any accounts and they will not do so in the future.
We will make sure users have plenty of time to review and understand the terms. Rest assured we never planned to delete any accounts based on this and will not do so in the future.
