Now, Enterprise Check App showed that the trademark administration (trademark) case between Xiaomi Technology Co., Ltd. and the State Intellectual Property Office was published on June 1.

It is reported that Souyidai (Beijing) Financial Information Service Co., Ltd. and Xiaomi Technology Co., Ltd. applied for a graphic trademark similar to “four petals spliced together” in 2014 and 2019. Among them, the Souyidai graphic trademark has been judged to be invalid.

According to an enterprise investigation, Xiaomi sued the Intellectual Property Office in September 2020, and the court held that the defendant should re-examine and make a decision on the basis of new facts, but the plaintiff still bears the case acceptance fee.
