Back in 2019, Xiaomi launched its new smartphone, Mi 9 Lite with a 6.39-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, Snapdragon 710 SoC, 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor, 32MP front-facing camera, 4030mAh battery, and more.

The phone comes pre-installed with MIUI 10 based on Android 9 Pie and currently running on the Android 10 based MIUI 12 version. Now, the company is rolling out a new software update for Mi 9 Lite users in Europe.
The new update installs the latest Android patch released in February 2021 to enhance system security. However, there’s no additional feature noted in the update.
