The team members of androidheadlines faced this problem on two android devices but it may also affect 90Hz and 120Hz refresh rate smartphones. Aside from Android, there is no confirmation about such a bug on YouTube for iOS.

Overall Google took care of all related issues of its product rather fast, so we just hope the company will take the same step for YouTube.
