OnePlus and its interesting implements in its latest operating system made it one step ahead of Samsung. The Chinese tech maker has given some minimal add-ons to the all-new firmware that Samsung has lacked so far. One such addition is the OnePlus OxygenOS 13 large folders feature.
Although, Samsung’s One UI 5 has a bunch of interesting features and elements to explore. But, it is still behind in the large folder concept on the home screen. While many OEMs including OnePlus have adopted this feature, Samsung is in the last position when it comes to efficient folders in the operating system.

For your information, the large screen folders feature is a customizable element in your smartphone that enables you to create a mini space on the home screen. Eventually, you can store or group a variety of apps in this folder and can even name the folders for better application management.
OnePlus has imposed the large folders feature on its devices with the latest OxygenOS 13 upgrade. Consequently, you can create a folder on the home screen by just bringing an app close to another app. Further, you get the option to increase and decrease the size of the created folder with one tap accordingly.
Significantly, with OxygenOS 13, you can add as many apps in the folders as you want. On the flip side, you can immediately launch any app using the folder. Thus, it won’t be wrong to say that OnePlus knows the value of simplicity and tries to offer enough features to customize the phone’s home screen effectively.
However, Samsung didn’t provide any such offering to its users with the One UI 5 firmware. Though the Korean tech maker has some of the best innovations. But still, it is running behind in the race for simple and easy-to-use features.
