Samsung has recently released its latest and powerful processor called the Exynos 2100 which debuted with the Galaxy S21 series. The company is now working on its successor, the Exynos 2200 which is said to come alongside the smartphone or laptop.
Actually, there should be two different processors, the one for the smartphone and the other will be for the laptop segment. These will be similar to the extent but will be optimized according to the respective devices. Also, the South Korean tech giant will use graphics from AMD for the new processor.
According to the latest leak, the upcoming Exynos processor will be more powerful than the previous Exynos 2100. The new chipset is expected to bring a 25% faster CPU than the Exynos 2100 and 2.5x faster graphics than what we have now in the Galaxy S21 lineup.
Although, the processor is yet to launch and there is still some time for the actual benchmarks. But the leaks are already coming saying that this new chipset will outperform the world’s first 5nm based Apple A14 Bionic chip.
The new SoC is expected to be 2 times better than the Apple A14 in terms of graphics performance. It remains to be seen how this upcoming Samsung processor will perform and in which of the models it will come with.
