By just hitting the import browser data option, the feature directly opens a menu for one-time import from any other browser on your computer. Now, Microsoft allows the browser users to import data from Google Chrome on each launch, which is really impressive.

Currently, this feature is rolling out widely and is even available on Edge 101. It is also reported that the upcoming updates will bring much more features to provide a new user experience. However, the Edge 104, now has a Canary channel, redesigned import page with the new look.

Data importing from the different browsers is not a new idea but Microsoft is trying to do something innovative in existing concepts. So, the latest changes make it easier for Google Chrome users to use Edge more often. To be mentioned, including preview functionalities the Microsoft Edge can now also obtain or import the open tabs as well as extensions from Google Chrome.
