Midea IoT operating system 1.0 goes official, based on Hongmeng OpenHarmony 2.0

In June of this year, Midea stated that it had already collaborated with Hongmeng System. Midea home appliances equipped with the Hongmeng system have been launched in 7 categories and 12 products.

Moreover, Midea Group stated that users can use mobile phones equipped with the Hongmeng system to distribute Net Midea appliances in as fast as 3 seconds. The previously released COLMO EVOLUTION cabinet, COLMO EVOLUTION on-hook, and COLMO Ark AI dehumidifier are also equipped with HarmonyOS intelligent terminal operating system.

Furthermore, OpenHarmony is an open-source project incubated and operated by the Open Atom Open Source Foundation. It is operated by the Open Atom Open Source Foundation’s OpenHarmony Project Group Working Committee and follows open-source agreements such as Apache 2.0.
