As per the info, the company has added a live caption feature on Google Chrome which helps users to understand complicated words that are being said. Captioning can also help you when you are in a noisy environment.

This is a perfect solution from Google which can be enabled in the Settings of the browser. To use this feature go to the settings of your Chame from the hamburger menu on the top left corner. Then head to Accessibility to download the necessary resources for live captioning.
