With watchOS 7, you can change each of your activity goals.

  • Open the Activity app on your Apple Watch.

  • Tap ‘+’ or ‘-‘ to adjust a goal, then tap Next.
  • Then tap ‘ok’

Every Monday, you’re notified about the previous week’s achievements, and you can adjust your goals for the next week. Your Apple Watch suggests goals based on your previous performance.

If you are recovering from an injury and 30 minutes of exercise is too much for your body to handle, then you can make adjustments according to your capacity. You can set the exercise ring from a minimum of 10 minutes to maximum 60 minutes depending on your capacity.
