A new software update brings better battery life to Galaxy Watch

In August, Samsung launched its new smartwatch, Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 with the latest hardware and Tizen Based wearable OS 5.5, which offers some of the new features for its users. The device is receiving a new software update that claims to provide you better battery life and improved in health tracking features.

As per the official information, Samsung started rolling out a new software update to its Galaxy Watch 3 with build number R845FXXU1BTH4. It is currently available only in Vietnam and weighs 54.9MB size. It would be available via OTA (over-the-air) globally in the coming days.

What’s new in this update:

  • Improved battery usage time
  • Samsung Health
  • Improved stability. – VO2max/SPO2 Measurements, Sleep scores, Heart rate, and stress measurement

This update improves the stability of VO2max/SPO2 measurements, Sleep scores, Heart rate, and stress measurement. Also, this update should avail you improved battery usage time as claimed in the changelog. The new update fixed the issues with the sleep monitoring feature reported by the Galaxy Watch 3 users of South Korea and some other countries.
