iPadOS 17 is the next software upgrade for the Apple tablets, but it looks like the company is cooking up some more tempting things. In the latest edition, a leak says that Apple is developing a special version of iPadOS 17 for larger iPad devices.
According to the Twitter tipster @analyst941, Apple is busy with a special version of iPadOS 17 these days. The respective action is only meant for larger iPad models. For instance, the iPad 14.1-inch model with an M3 Pro chip, which will launch in 2024.
The information further reveals that the iPad 14.1-inch would be the largest iPad to date. So far, the company has the 12.9-inch iPad Pro as the giant iPad gadget in the industry. However, we will see a dynamic change in the next year.
I’ve heard there’s a special version of iPadOS 17, being developed specifically for larger iPad Pro/Ultra/Studio model(s), there’s a slight change that would give the 14.1” model support for up to 2 6K displays at 60hz.
