Huawei recently revealed a brand new operating system for smartphones and other IoT devices, HarmonyOS is 2.0, on June 2 of the same year. Along with its unveiling, the Chinese tech giant also announced that there are 18 devices on this list that are able to upgrade their device to the official version of HarmonyOS 2.0.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro smartphone is also one of them but the HarmonyOS’s rollout is limited to the Chinese models and may soon be opened for global consumers.
The new HarmonyOS operating system comes with a completely new user interface, including the home screen, control panel, service center, HarmonyOS fonts and more convenient sharing, high security, and much more.

Also in HarmonyOS, Huawei is sending a new software update to the Huawei Mate 40 Pro smartphone Europe. In this update, everything is safe, a patch was released on April 20 and 21 to improve the security system. But, this update is already the maximum for the Chinese division for their owners.
In addition to major updates, the regular improvements to security, optimization, and deployment of updates are probably important for improving the overall performance of the device.

EMUI VERSION:
Huawei Mate 40 Pro smartphone users start receiving EMUI 11 version 11.0.0.178 (C432E6R4P1) with update package size of 217MB in Europe.
