August 2022 security patch rolling out for Redmi Note 11 NFC and POCO C40

Xiaomi rolling out its latest September 2022 security patch for all eligible devices worldwide and the Mi 10 Pro is the latest to grab it. Still, there are some devices left out that have not yet gained the previous month’s patch- the August 2022 security update.

According to the new information, the Redmi Note 11 NFC and POCO C40 users have grabbed the August 2022 security patch update in Russia. The update will optimize the performance of your device by fixing some issues and bugs.

Users of Redmi Note 11 NFC will be able to identify the latest update through the MIUI version V13.0.9.0.RGKRUXM and package size of around 2.8GB. However, the update is been rolling out in Russia at the moment and will soon reach the remaining users.

Whereas, the POCO C40 owners need to download a package size of around 2.6GB, and will be able to identify it via version V13.0.5.0.RGFRUXM. The changelog of both these updates mentions the same improvements and optimizations that you can check below.
