Oppo Reno6 series will start getting the ColorOS 12 beta version from November 2021. Starting this December, the Oppo Reno6 will get the update first.

- From December 10, the Reno6 Z 5G will get the ColorOS 12 beta in Thailand and Cambodia.
- From 28th December, Reno6 will get the beta build in Indonesia.
- From 22nd December, the Reno6 Pro 5G Diwali Edition will get the official ColorOS 12 version in India. On the same day, the Reno6 Pro 5G will get the official version in Indonesia, India, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan.
- From 28th December, the Reno6 5G will get the official version in India, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
