Other than adding new features to the devices, this update is limited to installing the latest December 2020 security patch for improved system security and device stability. You can check the version number of the latest firmware along with their models below.

These updates are releasing as per the regions and will soon expand to other regions soon. Also, these are rolled out in batches so it may take some time to reach your device.
- Honor 10 – Magic UI version 10.1.0.267 and update the size of 147MB
- Honor 10 Lite – Magic UI version 10.1.0.267 and update the size of 147MB
- Honor 9X – EMUI 10.1 version 10.1.00.112 updated from version 10.1.0.110 (China)
- Honor 9S – Magic UI 3.1 version 3.1.0.143 with updates size of 92.79MB
- Honor Play 4 Pro – Magic UI 3.1 version 10.1.0.112 updated from 10.1.0.110 (China)
- Honor 20i – EMUI 10 version 10.0.0.173 updated from 10.0.0.17
How to update:
Download via Settings:
- Open Settings
- Click on the System & updates
- Open Software update
- Tap on Check for updates option
- If an update is available, click on Download and install
- After installation Reboot the device
Download via Support app:
- Open the Support app on your device
- Go to the Service tab
- Click on the update button
- Tap on Check for update option
- If an update is available, click on Download and install
- After installation Reboot the device
