Huawei is sending a beta version of EMUI 10 for the Huawei Nova 5 Pro in China. It comes with the software version EMUI 10.0.0.103 and EMUI 10.0.0.106.
It is available for the first batch of 2000 users who have successfully registered for the internal test.

How to download and install EMUI 10 Beta
Precautions before upgrading:
1. Due to version limitation, please upgrade to EMUI 10.0.0.100 version, otherwise you will not receive version push.
2. This version upgrade will not clear user data, but it is recommended to backup all important data to PC or cloud before upgrading, and confirm that the backup content is complete and valid.
3. Because some third-party applications are not compatible with Android 10, after the upgrade, third-party applications may not work properly (such as flashback, freeze, power consumption, etc.). It is recommended that you try to update the application to the latest version in the Huawei App Market. If the problem is still not resolved, we recommend that you wait patiently for the application update information and update it in time.
4. After the upgrade, the system’s self-optimizing and adapting may cause the mobile phone to sometimes have problems with heat, freeze or slow charging. It will return to normal after 2-3 days of normal use.
5. Some applications do not adapt to the dark mode, and subsequent versions will continue to improve and optimize.
6. Make sure your phone is not ROOT.
7. Please make sure that the mobile phone has more than 6GB internal storage space, otherwise there will be a risk of an upgrade failure.
