Huawei has started to roll out the October 2021 security patch for the Huawei P40 Lite E smartphones working on EMUI 10.1 version. This smartphone, in two beautiful colors of Midnight Balck and Aurora Blue, is quite popular among global users for its amazing features and hardware components.

According to HuaweiAilesi, Huawei P40 Lite E October 2021 security patch that comes with the 10.1.0.217 version is currently rolling out for the regions of West Europe. How to Download:
Users can download this update either using the system setting or the My Huawei App (previously named Support App). The procedure is mentioned below-
By Smartphone’s Settings
- Open Settings in your smartphone
- From here, select System
- Now click on Software update
- Then Check for updates
- Download and install (if available)
- Restart your device

- Open the App
- Now head to the Service tab section
- From here, select Update
