July 2021 security update released for Huawei P40 Lite smartphone

Huawei has started sending a new software update for P40 Lite global users running EMUI 10.1. This new update installs a new security patch released in July 2021 for improved system security.

New changelog reveals the Huawei P40 Lite July 2021 update has EMUI version 10.1.0.343 and is currently under expansion mode. The device owners must have to wait until the rollout reaches their phones, as it expands gradually.

Huawei P40 Lite comes with a 6.4-inch LCD display with 2310 x 1080 pixel resolutions. This smartphone equips Kirin 810 octa-core processor and is paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal memory.

The smartphone features a quad rear camera with a 48MP wide-angle lens, an 8MP ultra-wide Angle camera, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP camera for autofocus. For selfies, it has a 16MP camera.
