Huawei has started to rollout a new software update for Huawei P30 Lite, which improves the system security via Android patches released in July 2020. Currently, Huawei P30 Lite runs EMUI 10.0 and there’s no confirmation about EMUI 10.1.
The July 2020 security update installs Android patches from Huawei and Google, fixing different levels of exploits and issues within Huawei phones including 5 critical and 9 high levels of CVEs. There is no Medium and Low level of CVEs found.

The software version of the update for Huawei P30 Lite is EMUI 10.0.0.247 and users will have to download a 129MB software package to install this update.
