The call recording is a must feature for some of the users and missed it quite heartily after upgraded to EMUI 10.1 version. However, for some other users, it was already gone on EMUI 10.0. There could be different reasons why Huawei has removed this feature but it has not announced any specific one.
People, who’re still missing this feature, can now access it by downloading the call recorder for EMUI 10.1 or above. The app is not tested on EMUI 10.0 but we cannot deny it from working it on the respective version.
Steps to install Call Recorder:
- Download the call recording (click here)
- Install APK on your device
- Start the application
Points to know:
- Call recording app size is 489KB
- Also, we do not recommend you to install it on your phone if it’s prohibited under the privacy law in your country.
Listen or share your recording:
- Access the recording from the call recorder application
Record calls automatically:
- Go to phone Settings
- Click on Auto-record calls
