Huawei is continuously rolling out new HarmonyOS 2.0 beta updates for its several eligible devices. Moreover, the company has also released a stable update for the top-end devices which completed the beta program.
According to the latest report, the Chinese tech giant is now releasing a new HarmonyOS 2.0 update for several of its phones and tablets. The software update will be available for the eligible devices via OTA.

However, these improvements aren’t for global users as HarmonyOS 2.0 is currently rolling out exclusively for Chinese models. Meanwhile, we soon expect its global expansions to other major markets as well. Check the latest version number for all the above-mentioned devices.
All the mentioned Huawei phones and tablet registered beta testers are getting HarmonyOS 2.0 version 2.0.0.138 upgraded from version 2.0.0.136.
This new firmware update brings battery improvements for the below-mentioned devices which include the top flagships such as Mate 40, Mate 30, P40, Mate X2, and MatePad Pro which are currently on stable HarmonyOS build. Check the list of devices below.

The update brings battery improvements for an enhanced user experience. After upgrading to the latest version, the users will be able to notice changes while charging the device and the overall battery usage.
Further, the changelog also suggests an added support of Huawei FreeBuds 4 to the new and intelligent Super Device functionality. For those unaware, the Super device feature of the new HM OS lets users control a bunch of devices using a single supermodel.
