According to the latest info, Huawei has opened an unlimited HarmonyOS 2 upgrade plan for a bunch of Huawei and Honor devices. This allows any user of the following device to directly upgrade over the new OS.
Huawei has pretty high expectations from its self-made HarmonyOS 2.0. The company aims to upgrade even the 5-year-old devices to this latest operating system. This new software is offered in the form of beta testing.

However, the beta program is currently limited to the Chinese markets and will soon be available for global users as well. As for now, the unlimited HarmonyOS 2 upgrade is currently rolling out for the following Huawei and Honor devices.
