Honor 9A is receiving a new Magic UI software update, which brings the latest security patches released in March 2021. This update improves device performance and also optimizes system security.

As per the changelog, the March 2021 security update fixes 2 critical CVEs, 13 high-level, and 132 medium-level CVEs that help devices to fight against threats.
Recently, Honor rolled out February 2021 security improvements for Honor 9A smartphone users in India. On the other hand, the company is now rolling out the March 2021 patch for the device in other regions.
Currently, this latest update is being rolled out in Europe and will soon be expanded to other parts of the world. Users of this device can download the update through the following update instructions listed at the end of the post.
It is noteworthy that the Honor 9A model is part of the quarterly updated device list, but the company issues regular firmware updates to improve smartphone performance.
