Honor Pad X6 grabbing the new February 2022 HarmonyOS security patch. That brings fixes for more than 40 common vulnerabilities found in the latest HarmonyOS software system for improved system security.

Honor Pad X6 February 2022 security patch is rolling out with HarmonyOS 2.0 version 2.0.0.235 updated from base version 2.0.0.225. So, before heading towards the update, make sure that you are running on the same baseline.
February 2022 HarmonyOS security update resolved a total of 42 CVEs. Among them, 1 CVE from Kernel, 1 CVE is from the system and 42 CVEs were fixed in third-party libraries.
Other than the security improvements, this update doesn’t contain any additional features or optimizations. But, it will boost system privacy and provides more stability to the system for smooth performance.

To update your smartphone, go to Settings on your smartphone, click on system & updates, and then software updates. Thereafter, click on the CHECK FOR UPDATES option and wait while the phone is fetching the latest update for you.
Once the appeared on your device screen, hit the download and install button and wait until the process completes automatically. In the meantime, keep on checking that the data connection won’t be lost.
