Back in 2019, Honor launched its new smartphone, Honor 20 Lite, and is still getting further improvements. Honor is also good for taking care of the security system of older users as it uses the quality of its former owner brand – Huawei.

As per the latest information, Honor has started rolling out a new software update for the Honor 20 Lite smartphone. This installs a security patch released in March 2021 to protect the phone from CVEs.
It is notable that Honor doesn’t provide monthly firmware updates for the device, but releases improvements in a short period of time, like quarterly updates. It is recommended that users check and install the latest updates to improve system security and device performance.
In addition, other models of the Honor 20 series, such as the Honor 20 and 20 Pro, have recently been upgraded to the latest mobile phone operating system Magic UI 4. However, the hardware and software of Honor 20 Lite cannot run with Magic UI 4.
