Xiaomi has released a new MIUI 12.5 beta update with version 21.4.27 in China. The latest beta update brings optimizations to enhance the overall experience.

For a relatively better test version experience, the recent release plan is as follows:
- From April 26th to April 30th, 2021: the development version internal test and the development version public test are normally released.
- From May 3 to May 7, 2021: the development version internal test and the development version public test are suspended.
- From May 10, 2021: the development version internal test, the development version public test resume release
In order to give Mi Fan friends a relatively better test version experience, Redmi K30 5G, Redmi K30i 5G, Redmi K40 Pro will give out test results later. Due to the problem of being unavailable in certain scenarios, the release of Mi 9, Redmi K20 Pro is temporarily suspended.
