Xiaomi Redmi 8 and Redmi Note 7 are getting the Android 10 update with the latest security patch. This update improves the system security via Android patches released in August 2020.

Stable Android 10 update for Redmi 8 is rolling out in Europe while the Redmi Note 7 is receiving in Russia. Both the variants are expected to receive Xiaomi’s latest software, MIUI 12. However, the Chinese and Indian variants have already received the MIUI 12.
The firmware version of this update is V11.0.1.0.QCNEUXM for Redmi 8 and V11.0.1.0.QFGRUXM for Redmi Note 7. The OS update for both variants is being rolled out via OTA. You can also download the update from the link mentioned below.
