Xiaomi has released a new MIUI 12.5 beta update with version 21.8.13 in China. The new update fixes some known issues of the status bar and notification bar as well as improves stability of messages for a better experience.

The latest MIUI 12.5 beta update fixes the problem of occasional background abnormality when receiving a floating notification under the tripartite theme, anomaly that the rounded corners of the floating notification are missing, and lock screen notification occasionally jitters.
It also optimized some experience issues and improve the performance of messages. Currently, the new update is only available for testers in China. You can check the updated changelog of this update mentioned below.
