Xiaomi is officially rolling out a new MIUI 12.5 beta update with version 21.3.8 in China. The latest beta update brings fixes and optimizations for Browser to enhance the experience.

The new update fixes various issues of Browser such as video playback freeze, the webpage cannot be opened under certain circumstances, and downloaded video cannot be played.

Moreover, Redmi K40 and Redmi K40 Pro development version internal test, expected to be released next week. The internal beta testing of development versions for Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 7 Pro, and Mi CC9e will stop from 24 April 2021.
