Xiaomi has released a new MIUI 12.5 beta update with version 21.9.14 in China. The new update brings some fixes for Radio, Lock Screen, System, Status bar, and Notification bar to enhance stability.

MIUI 12.5 beta update fixes several issues including no rounded corners in the volume popup, abnormal display of lock screen time and occasional time, after the camera is activated on the lock screen then pull down the notification bar and click to view the notification so the pattern unlock cannot be swiped to the left.
Currently, the new update is only available for testers in China. You can check the updated changelog of this update mentioned below.
