In early December 2020, Xiaomi launched the latest version of MIUI, MIUI 12.5 at the Mi 11 conference. It brings many new features and customizations to provide a better user experience.

Now, the company is rolling out a new MIUI 12.5 beta update in China, version 21.3.15-16, that comes with some optimizations and fixes to enhance the overall experience.

The new beta update optimizes some animations effects of Weather as well as fixes some issues that improve the device performance. For more details, below you can check the changelog of this update.

Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 7 Pro, and Xiaomi CC9e will discontinue the development version’s internal beta on April 24, 2020. Other models are fixing the problem that the headset will automatically hang up when an incoming call comes into the phone when listening to music, which may be fixed in an upcoming beta update.
Earlier, the beta update enhances the visual experience by adding new camera display styles to some of the compatible devices.
