Recently, Xiaomi released the MIUI 12 update for Redmi Note 7 globally. It brings a new Pro mode feature and allows users to open Notification shade by swiping down from the upper left corner.
This update also optimizes the dark mode. You can check the changelog of the update mentioned below.
Redmi Note 7 changelog:
Control center
- New: Swipe down from the upper left corner to open Notification shade and from the upper right corner to open Control center
Dark mode
- Optimization: Brightness and color improvements for wallpapers in Dark mode

- Fix: Home screen went black and started flashing after unlocking in some cases

Earlier, we reported that MIUI 12 update already rolled out for Redmi Note 7 in China and European variants also received the MIUI 12 beta stable update. Finally, the update is rolling out for the Global variants.
The software version of this update is V12.0.1.0.QFGMIXM for Redmi Note 7. You can also download the update from the link mentioned below.
